3. The Administrator(s) and Moderator(s) reserve the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary and/or appropriate. Anyone who feels that a posted message, image, link or private message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an Administrator or Moderator immediately. This policy applies to member profile information as well.

4. The Administrator(s) and Moderator(s) cannot warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The posted messages express the views of the author, and not necessarily the views of this Administrator(s), Moderator(s), Members or forum subsidiaries.

6. Violation of any of these terms will result in a warning. A third violation will result in a 7 day suspension. Subsequent violations will result in further suspensions. If, after a third suspension, a member continues to violate terms and conditions, he/she will be permanently banned from the forum.
