Salsa Congress in Jax!? Empty Salsa Congress in Jax!?

I for one think it can be done, but it'll take all of the people that love salsa in Jax to help each other out. Do you think Jax could have a salsa congress? Why or Why not?

I am thinking it will definitely take some time to grow the salsa community a bit more before it would be worth it for any organizer to put on a show. How about using the number of Latin music clubs as a measurement? How many are there in Miami? Orlando? Jacksonville?
